DA Calculator: Expected DA Jan 2026 (Expected DA from Jan will be 60%)

DA from 1st July will be 58% (as estimated by us). Now all eyes are on DA from 1st January, 2026 as this will be relevant for calculation of fitment factor also in 8th Pay Commission.

In July, CPI (IW) has increased to 146.5 (increase of 1.5 percentage points from June). In our opinion, expected DA from Jan, 2026 will be 60% (Please see image below for possible scenarios) considering the fact that inflation is slowing down in the economy.
